FATHOM GR系列气体质量流量计 GR112-2-A-PO-MF
GR系列气体质量流量计及控制器利用热式传感技术直接测量和控制质量流量.FATHOM公司GR系列气体质量流量计及控制器可以根据不同的气体和量程进行校准,其校准符合NIST标准。面板上带有传感器,可以调节质量流量,以及控制信号。美国费思姆(FATHOM)公司生产的流量计及控制器结构紧凑使用方便,其适合OEM生产定制,院校实验室应用和以及工程的控制。
